Glazed stoneware
The lamp comprises nine square-sectioned, roughly cuboid forms in glazed stoneware, lined up so as to create a flat, trapezoidal, “ziggurat” shape. The shamash is easily distinguished in the middle, being taller than the other lights. Four lights are aligned on each side of it in descending order of height. The work is a one-off piece, made entirely by hand.
