The hanukkiah is made of hand-worked ceramics. The terracotta base represents a palm leaf on which are resting small ceramic lamps similar to those used in ancient times in the Temple of Jerusalem. The lamp holders are made of glossy ceramics. The shamash is placed at one end, higher than the other candles.
