Lume di Chanukkah
76 x 141 x 29 cm
Wood, oil, gold, wisteria branches and fruit
The work consists of a base on which there is a wooden triptych as a background for the nine lights of the Hannukah. The left panel depicts the battle of Emmaus, in the center a large and shining menorah, which in Eastern philosophies represents human conscience, and the right panel represents the return of the Jews to the temple.
