Aggregate of different materials and glass phial

The work consists of a trunk standing on a base and is made of an aggregate of different materials, which have undergone the same finishing process to create a leaden appearance. Eight arms of different lengths branch out from the central element, two in each direction. At the ends of these arms are the candle holders. The shamash is placed on the top, at the centre of the branches. A glass phial is tied to one of the lower branches, a reminder of the miracle of the oil found by the Maccabees in the Temple after it had been defiled by the Hellenes Greeks.
