The artwork has the shape of an abacus evoking childhood and play. Light-coloured wood balls are placed on nine rods, each in various shades of blue and red. The number of balls follows a symmetrical descending order to have ten at the center and five at the sides. White candles are placed on the same rods. The distance between the balls and the candle outlines the negative shape of the geometric figure created by the balls.
